Ordered about 2 weeks in advance and was delivered on the correct day. I was sent an email to advise approximate delivery time. I was also advised that my gift was delivered to a neighbour. I was very happy with the service.

Excellent service - I had a few 'conditions' of delivery and all were met + then a change of delivery address but again this wasn't a problem and the basket arrived on time to the correct location. The customer service I received from RAZA was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Express Gift Service to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. I asked for a wedding card to be sent in place of a standard congratulations one and changed the contact details for the person receiving the gift at the last minute - both were done without any issues and my cousin loved the gift, which was sent as a surprise for her upcoming wedding. The delivery was also prompt and I have no issues in recommending this company, as their customer service both by email and telephone is very good.

the website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. However, I was sent regular updates stating that the fruit would be delivered to me rather than to the person I had purchased the fruit for.
When I checked my order I had put me down as the billing address and my friend as the delivery address but had me worried for a time.
My friend did not receive any of these emails so the fruit was a complete surprise - but luckily he was in and able to receive it.

Very pleased with the fruit basket I ordered as a get well gift for my daughter, she was delighted. I discovered that I had mistakingly given wrong delivery date when I ordered so when I realized I e-mailed Express Gifts, recieved a reply very quickly and a next day delivery was arranged. Not 5 star as when my friend opened the box it contained a card saying something like Get well soon Paul - she found my Happy Birthday Nesta note at the bottom of the parcel. The packer needs to pay more attention.
