The Get Well fruit basket was sent to a poorly colleague and although I've not heard back from them yet, I'm sure they are really enjoying the beautiful fresh fruit. I've ordered from the company a number of times and everything is always delivered very quickly and the fruit is super fresh. One thing I really do need to commend about the company is that their customer service is superb and second to none! On making this order I'd completed all my payment details and hit the button and then everything disappeared from the screen so I had no idea if my order or payment had gone through. I sent a message to check and within minutes they called me back to confirm my order had gone through but not the payment. They were happy to take my payment over the phone and the order was immediately processed, sent out and delivered the next day (today). So many companies could learn a lesson on how to work with customers from you!
